Give praise unto the Lord!!! I DO!!

So I thought I would do a little post update...

So life is going good…

Reading daily in the morning when I get up and in the evening before bed…

I have had some tummy aches the past few days but to be expected I guess…

I take my boys to school then head to work…

Work until its time to get off of course…

I get my kids from daycare…

We sing songs about the Lord… YAY

We talk and have fun…

Get home do homework if there is any….

Clean house, make dinner, and relax with my boys….

So things are pretty good here…

The Lord has been working in my life through reading and prayer…

Also through talking with my Church family…

The Lord has been watching over me and guiding me through the obstacles in my life…

So just remember God is always with you …

He would never leave you…

I know because I have been down those bumpy roads …

But if you want to see for yourself then pick up

A King James Bible …

It’s filled with amazing information on his Love…

Well enough of that I just wanted to Give praise to the Lord

for the Wonderful life he has granted me to have….

A book . . .

On Sunday 01/08/2012 I started to read a new book I purchased from a traveling book store that came to our church. It is called “Preparing To Be A Help Meet"... So far this book has definitely opened my eyes to how the world is different in the way things are done for example the words dating and courting.

DATING - to become dated, to go out on usually romantic dates

Synonyms: GO OUT (WITH), TAKE OUT “Date” a person with whom one has a usually romantic date.

To date someone now a day is to be more intimate with one another on a more physical basis

Or

Courting - To engage in social activities leading to engagement and marriage

“Court” somewhat old-fashioned: to act in a way that shows that you want or intend to get married.

To court is to get to know someone with the intent to marry, to create a bond with one another through getting to know each other spiritually and setting the foundation for marriage.

It really makes you look at the world we live in and see how far we have come, from courting someone that we intend to marry to dating and sleeping around. There are not many who wait till marriage anymore, but let me tell you, it gets old.  Pretty soon you will start to judge every person you are with and will never truly be satisfied with life or yourself. You will either end up feeling used and taken advantage of, you will feel the only way to get love is to give yourself to that person. For all you know you may end up pregnant (possibly alone) and have to decide to either keep or get rid of the baby. Which are both very hard decision sometimes (Though I’m Pro Life).
Why is it so hard to wait anymore, we have become so impatient and expect things fast and right away with everything. We rush life and so much more, enjoy being a child of God and grow do not cave into becoming impure. Because once it is gone there is no way to get it back… Believe me I know all too well I was a sinner and I met guy of my dreams (or so I thought) I thought one day we will marry and have a family so it will be alright to cave in to the ways of the world. I thought that because he LOVED me and I him that it was ok.
I did not have the biblical knowledge never understood or really talked about waiting for marriage. I was young, my family told me it was best to wait but it was never really reinforced. I do regret some of the choices in my life; I learn from them and want to live better now that I know about the Lord. I want to be able to tell others males and females that it is best to wait, if you choose to wait (no matter if other makes fun of you). You should be proud because you are pure and not afraid to go against what everyone else is doing. God has a plan for all of us no matter what has happened in life or what choices we have made, he loves us and will continue to love us.

He can save us from our sins and gives us victory if we follow his plans for our lives!

Most of you WILL be going to Hell!

Most of you WILL be going to Hell!

I say this in truth and to be blunt. I may not be prefect but I walk for the Lord and Live for him. Yes I have weak spots but I am working on those spots to strengthen them with the Lords help and guidance. I am being blunt because you need to know and there is a way to know if you will be going to hell or to heaven. I can show you, all you have to do is ask! Some may be saved but backslid back to living of the flesh and of this world.

But we need to remember Romans 14:12 says “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.” When we meet the Lord we will have to stand face to face with him and give an account of our walk with him. What will you give an account for as well as your walk with the Lord? Like the souls you won to the Lord. Ephesians 4:17 says “This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk,”… We as Christian should walk for the Lord and to spread the Gospel, we need to step up and out of our shells and not be afraid to speak the truth to help lead others to the Lord.

Every time we let the fear of what others will say or think, keep us quiet then we lose another to the Fire pits of HELL. We need to put good things into our heart not evil so we can communicate to the lost with good testimony’s and right hearts. Ephesians 4:29 says “Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Those that may be lost can be saved, Acts 16:31 says “And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” Grab a King James Version Bible (KJV) and read Romans 3:10, 3:23, 6:23, 5:8, and 10:13.

Here is a little pray that you could say if you are unable to think of one yourself:

Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, please forgive me of my sin, and take me to heaven when I die. I believe that you died and rose again for me. I am trusting you completely and nothing I can do. Thank you Jesus! Amen.

I had started a new way to read my bible...!

So some of  you may hear that it is best to read your bible in the morning before you start your day…

But if you’re like me your always in a hurry because you decided to stay in bed a few more minutes than what you should have. Yes I believe we should read our bibles and take time for the Lord DAILY!

But with some of us are lives are quite chaotic right…

Well I have figured out a great way to be able to get in some time with the Lord (reading that is)

1.      Yes to get up early that’s a given.

But early enough to read Psalms and Proverbs… the way I see it we all should at least read these daily in the morning when we get up. Reading it daily gives you advice and comfort, knowledge and wisdom, so much positive feedback that may and will come in handy that day or the next.

2.      So two is read your psalm and proverbs daily every morning.

If you’re like me you may have kids, well I wanted to do something with them and as I can see in my life mornings just do not seem to cut it (at the moment). So what I was able to do and what I came up with is to read my daily versus (not proverbs & Psalm because we read those in the morning). Like Genesis I read three to four chapters out loud to my kids while they lay in their beds and they listened though they may not quite understand but over time they will learn and grow to understand as will I.

3.      Read three to four chapters a day out loud with your kids (If you have kids and when it is best for you).

We are getting to hear the words/gospel, so I am getting knowledge and wisdom from reading Psalm and Proverbs daily in the morning and then I am teaching myself as well as my kids about the bible and showing them the importance of reading daily.

I find it amazing to be able to read out loud to them on a daily basis because then they expect it and when they do not hear it or say you forgot, they tend to remind you and ask you to read to them. which makes sure you read for yourself and for them!!
Try it and let me know how it works (only if you do not have your own reading scheldue) :)

Versus To Put Up In Your Home....

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Romans 12:18 (KJV)

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Romans 6: 12-13 (KJV)

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

Isaiah 61:10 (KJV)

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Proverbs 9:10
