Flowers . . .

My little guy next to the Sunflowers he planted...

Edible Flowers...? But they are to cute to be eatin.

Flowers I saw at the farmers market... Beautiful

These are flowers I saw when waking in Montana...
(All pictures listed above are my very own pictures that I took)

And this is a picture of the most prettiest flower/tree a
Cherry Blossom...

Flowers there are many different colors and shapes and sizes,
We love them all.
That is how we should be with one another,
We should love one another.
Though we may disagree, or dislike something,
The Lord tells us to love one another.
Yet we still should put some space between,
those that are not equally yoked with us as well.
That way we are not tempted to do worldly things.

What is a Vacation…?

The definition to vacation is: A period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday.
We all try to take vacation to get away from our jobs or everyday life and or responsibilities. But when we go on those supposed vacation we still bring our worry’s and the world with us we still think about our jobs about money and about all of life’s issue we never just relax and cast our worry to the Lord…
I know that I do have so many worries and burdens from life that are in the past and coming in the future, I put faith in my heavenly father and cast my worry’s and burdens on him and he always finds away. I am not going to lie I do tend to think and worry about what is to come in my life from school, working, and my family. I have learned to cast my worries and burdens on the our Lord, It say’s
Psalm 55:22
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
I cast my worries and burdens every time to him because I have faith and keep my faith, I will continue with it. Vacation we want peace and relaxation from our surroundings, but no one will get it no matter how many vacation anyone takes or how long even if it is far away from home. Not till the day we step up and accept the gift that is given to us, once we accept that gift and cast our lives as well as burdens to the Lord Jesus Christ we will never truly have that relaxation nor peace.
My life is a very different life and as I look at friends both old and new and my family both old and new, I am able to see so much of a difference and it scares me to know how much I am different and how much I have grown. I am texted always by the devil and the Lord and I will do my best to past and this VACATION has should me so much. No matter how far away I go or for how long or even where I go I still need to live for the Lord and to show and tell others. The Lord opened my eyes to many things in life and I can see so many things that… well that just makes me pray harder not for me but for others.
One day I will be used by the Lord, Which I know I am now it may be a small thing to some but it is still a calling and I will do my best and hope and pray that I lead others instead of turning away.

A way of escape...

I have noticed that most while they go on vacation they tend to forget to focus on an important aspect in their life… That most important thing in our lives is The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, though we may go on vacation to visit new places or old friends and families’s we should still keep focused and keep hold of him. We are to pray without ceasing the bible says and to devote ourselves to him in daily reading and prayer.
I noticed myself slipping into that lazy want to do nothing but enjoy my time mode the first two days out here. But then I was brought back, I remembered that without his daily words I feel weak and I came across some people who I would say needs to hear his words. Those people I came across you could feel and see the evil, see the world all over them. I thank the Lord for his different ways to let me know to get away from this person because the devil is really working in this person’s life and could harm me or even make me fall from where I currently am.
I just want to say that because the Lord is working in my life I can see those who are of this world and see the true forms of others… I cry and pray for them that the important people to me can let go and realize that they are straying away from God. I remember I was hanging out with someone and I was fine but once the other person came along I started to get a bad headache and this person was just unruly and actions were, well let’s say it made me uncomfortable and the headache grew the longer I stayed till finally I said good-bye and left.
John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall        not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
            Psalm 78:10
They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;
            Psalm 5:8
Lead me, O Lord, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.
            Psalm 119:11, 66, 67, 68
Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
There are many scriptures that give us guidance and tell us to walk a straight and narrow path. That the Lord will guide us and gives us help as well as give us another way to escape the temptation. But I am glad that he gives us that way to escape to be able to remove ourselves from temptation and remove ourselves from most bad situations.

California Trip

The wait till the trip begins seems to always be the longest waiting time, I was packed and tickets in hand arriving early to claim my seats. But once at the check in counter I find out they are boarding the plane and already gave my seats away...? I am thinking I pay $60 to save my seat and you give them away yes that makes sense right? No I do not think so, me and my little ducklings board the plane for the 2 hour flight to Nevada Las Vegas or Sin City as we all know it. As we are waiting for takeoff the kids are looking out the window and the plane begins to move their faces light up and are full of excitement as we ride along the pathway and then you feel the acceleration and speed, which makes us bump and bounce on the plane letting us know we are about to go up into the sky. I tell the kids to feel and watch the window as we are lifting off the ground.

We are in the sky’s flying towards our destinations so the long and boring flight seems even longer when there are two kids needing to be entertained and not much to entertain them with. We arrive at our destination and there is my father waiting for us after we finally find our way to the luggage claims where he is waiting. As soon as I am there we hug each other and wait to claim the bags which waiting for 30 minutes we are finally able to leave and we walk out into the hot humid day in Vegas.

Many know me and at one point in time I would have loved being there years ago, but it gave me a pain in my head (literally) bring on the migraine which did not leave till we left the state line. It was nice to be in the hotel to cool off but not much to do there when you are against drinking and gambling, let’s just say my kids were saying “mommy gambling is bad so why are they doing it” then I replied “not everybody understands that it is wrong and we do know that it is wrong thanks to the Lords words, they give us the correct information we need to know what is a sin” and there were other questions and other answers.
I get to drive my dad’s new car all. The way home while everyone sleeps on Saturday the day after we arrive. By 12:30pm pacific time we arrive and unpack. The next few days I was able to see a few friends. I also was able to stop on Monday at a Mexican store to pick up my most favorite thing called “Mexican candy” which is quite yummy… now I am sitting at my dad’s table typing this while my two boys and my father are watching Rio a really great bird cartoon that came out and they love it.

Ashamed and Overcoming…

Ashamed and Overcoming…

What does this word mean to you?
Romans 12:17 – 21
Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men,
If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
Psalm 119: 6
Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.
Psalm 119:46
I will speak to thy testimonies also before Kings, and will not be ashamed.
Psalm 119:116
Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live; and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
I choose this because we as people try to overcome obstacles in our lives but do we ever overcome anger, revenge, hatred, I think this is something worth doing.
We all should look at how David and goliath went down; David overcame one obstacle in his life and was not ashamed of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. David was made fun of by others and was told he would be crushed but he had faith and was not ashamed to tell it to other and show his devotion. He steps forward to fight goliath to show him that our Lord is more powerful then he will ever be. He loved and feared Our Lord Jesus and went to goliath and overcame what no one was able to do…
There are two things I am referring to that we as Christians should do:
1.       To not be ashamed to spread the word and live as Christians should.
We as Christians should live our lives for the Lord so we can lead others to the Lord as well, I know I want to bear my own fruit so that when I get to heaven I will know I helped others to get there or plant a seed in them.
2.      To overcome evil that we may come across in life and as good witnesses in Jesus Christ.
We as Christians should not seek revenge if we were wronged against, hurt or even angered. I know it seems hard to not want to get back at someone, but the Lord does tell us in Romans 12: 19 “Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” And we may think we should but the Lord will repay them more then we could ever do. Not that I am telling you that the Lord will harm someone but we do not know when or how but he will repay them for that wrong doing, so we need to remember if we feel that need for revenge then we should put it on the Lord to handle and just move forward as believers in Christ.
I say this because we accepted Jesus into our hearts we should act as Christians, meaning act as Christ did by following his words and commandments. By showing others who he was and what he did for all of us no matter the race, size shape, ethnicity Jesus died on the cross for all our sins!

There are those times . . .

Having two boys and being a single mother can be hard sometimes, I have two handsome boys I do love them more than anyone would know but there are times when I seem to lose myself and my heart races so fast that I have a hard time breathing. Like today everything was going good the boys were playing outside enjoying the nice weather. Then it is time to come in and sit down to eat (which of course everyday goes well till a certain time and then BAM an outburst) today was more of a laid back day so let’s just say he through a fit over what he had to eat for dinner. When this happens I just get so quick to anger (which we know it says not to in the KJV Bible) anyways I walked away went to my room to pray while my kids sat at the table one enjoying the meal the other whining. I came back my heart no longer in my throat beating so fast making my breaths easier to take, I told him that he can eat what I made because he is not getting anything else to eat and left it at that. So he took a few bits and was done. When days like this come it hurts me so bad because I am human and do get upset but also because when I get upset it shows and I feel like I failed as being a mom! I truly love my boys they are the gifts from God to me and I cherish it. But it’s just so hard sometimes to have to look at my kids when they do wrong, whine, throw tantrums, I thank God every day for getting me through these hard times and the bad feelings I sometime get about myself. I am a good mom and teach my boys about the Lord and the right things to do versus the wrong but hey everyone has those off days when the day is going good and SMASH you turn into a wall (a child decides to act out).
Here are a few verses worth remembering:
Proverbs 15:1
A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.
Proverbs 15:3
The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
Proverbs 15:18
A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but he that is slow to anger appeaseth strife.
James 1:19-20
Wherefore, my beloved brethren let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
So there will always be times when someone you know or do not know will test you and all you or I have to do is remember these versus. Because even though I do get angry I pray and the Lord calms me down. So just remember the Lord is always with us and can help us through anything from a child throwing a fit to a family or friend getting you upset by laying your clean clothes on the floor or not doing what they should have. No matter the reason always I MEAN ALWAYS take your worries and problems to the Lord he is our Savior and wants us to rely on him first!
